You can get 'odour bombs', where you have to close the bomb in the car, set it off then run away...

Never used one, but sound intriguing.

We use these from time to time to clear the smell of cannabis smoking from Enterprise cars. Never had to eradicate dog smell but would suggest a Wet 'n' Dry vacuum cleaner on all the material that may have soaked up canine juices.
