  • Caramlized banana is a game changer and so easy. You can do it while your porridge is cooking/microwaving.

    Heat a non stick pan on medium heat, peel and slice the banana lengthwise and place flat side down on the pan, fry till it starts to caramelise, turn and repeat. Toss in some pecans or sunflower seeds for the last minute.

  • I'm doing this tomorrow morning... I'm normally a bit of a boring milk and honey guy, some delicious sounding tips in here that I'm eager to try out!
