I got the feeling they enjoyed making it a lot more than I enjoyed watching it.
It played in that literary Russian whimsical, bureaucratic humour that’s like nails on a blackboard for me.
It’s definitely not for everyone. Wife hated it at the cinema.
I think it’s got a lot of similarities to older British farces.
