And I also did a good deal on a set of 2015 Record shifters. They function flawless but managed to buy them for a good price since they had some cosmetical damage from a crash. They got scratched on the lever bodys, gloss varnish on the levers was scratched and one of the logo's was chipped. The body's sanded out quite nicely and I've touched up the logo on the levers. After some sanding a fresh layer of 2K varnish and they look fresh again.
Very impressive. Do you have some advice on how you went about the sanding? Which 2k varnish did you use and did you only apply it partially? I‘m interested cause I wanted to touch up some paint chips on a clearcoated cf frame.
