  • I totally agree , it’s the hands
    Too , I dunno , pointy?

  • I preferred the previously logoed version of the GS GMT. When I tried it on it felt too thick, I think because its so polished.

  • This is a banger

Wonder if the 'Mountain Pass' monicker is a direct reference to the Alpinist SARB017 with which it shares some resemblance.

  • @Heldring SD was really unexpected, but there is something else on the way, something I was looking for since a while, as it’s not easy to find the right one..

It’s currently being restored, I’ve choosen to get it lightly polished, so the case can return to his original shape..

More to come in few days

  • I quite like that - the crown at 8 is a nice touch and the proportions are nice for a divers. Plus the hour hand looks like a hood ornament I had for years.

  • the seconds hand looks like it should be a GMT marker

  • I'll hold you to that .
    Have a great Christmas mate

  • Is that from a Buick?
The citizen is pretty cool, bit of a chunky one at 44mm and 13.5 thick. Still tempted to grab one even though I was originally looking at an eco drive as an always ready watch.

  • Had to post in 2012. #Olympic 😎 💪

  • Oldsmobile - based on their Rocket motif.

One of these beasties but in a light poo brown. The last of the giant luxury sedansbefore GM shrank them due to oil prices. 8.2l V8 Oldsmobile 98 Regency. Bought new by my dad, inherited by me at 16 in 1987 once I got my licence.

  • Also, as its Christmas, we should get some night shots of green glowing LUME. There must be some crackers (intended) out there!

    MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL!

  • New watch want is real. Looking at Jaeger-le coultre as well as GS, just to mix things up a little.
