But she did. She followed the rules, got tested, yada yada. The expectation when booking her trip was the train would be limited capacity and her journey would be relatively safe. Late announcement, panic created, rush of bookings, train company for some reason doesn't limit seats, carnage ensues. I mean, she could be totally bullshitting and was one who booked the thing last minute and you could argue that travelling wasn't necessary in the first place but still.

Technically she shouldn’t have been going into another household at all on the 19th anyway as London was tier 3?

I understand the her plight and everyone else’s. The desperate need to see loved ones is real.
