It came with anything you'd need for the caliper end. "bleed blocks" AKA dummy pads, syringe and short hose. As well as bolts and 2 sets of pads.
Unsure whether that's usually the case, this came direct from Hope
Then I went with the Epic kit for Shimano for the fluid, funnel and syringe for the rear

excellent, is the syringe proprietary ? i.e. did you have to buy any Hope bleeding thing?
