Shimano R8070. My first time bleeding anything but the process was very simple and straight forward. Much nicer than the recommended shimano method involving a plastic bag to attach to a hose at the caliper to collect fluid!
It was just funnel in the top, syringe at the caliper, push fluid up the hose from the caliper end until the bubbles stop then hold in the lever and create a vacuum with the syringe to suck out the bubbles from the bottom end. Worked a treat and I copied the method over to the ultegra caliper at the back and it worked fine for that too but the lack of a thread in bleed port made it a bit messier.
Just thought I'd mention to anyone who'll listen that the Hope RX4 I've just put on the front of my CAAD is insane.
It's right on the limit of sideways adjustment to not rub on the rotor so took some setting up and the hose exit angle is a little extreme but in terms of performance, I can lift the rear wheel off the ground whilst seated. It's not all or nothing though, modulation is great.
Better than the Sram force on my gravel bike and better than the Sram level TL on the MTB
