At the other end of the customer service spectrum I ordered an Orange Crush bass amp last month from PMT (bricks and mortar shops), it arrived the next day but was the black version. Quick phone call and they’d sent the correct one out for next day delivery with a return label attached for the other which the courier took with him. Easy mistake as the boxes were identical but honestly, who orders a black Orange amp?
Needed a reverb pedal and my memory man has died (again) so grabbed an offer on the NU-X Atlantic reverb & delay from Dawsons as a Xmas pressy from The Parents. Either it never got collected or Hermes have lost it, but very suspect that they have removed it from the site since I ordered it. Either way, typical Internet site has typical 0 customer service and another PayPal dispute raised (I'm having crap luck with presents this Christmas!)
