Probably, looks like fuchs or fuchs copies. Getting drums redrilled is the usual way.
They look like SSP reps to me, annoys me how they don't mask of the wheels properly

These days I think most people use blank vw hubs/discs drilled for Porsche 5 stud. Redrilling 4x130 to 5x130 can result in cracking.
