I have Spank 50mm risers on one bike, no complaints. Spank seem to do higher rise bars than the rest of the brands so worth having a look at their other bars.
Nukeproof have these bars in 38mm rise at £35. Whats your budget? shopping around second hand and you can get carbon renthal bars for £40-£50
