• No need to design anything for the European market or any market other than the US as far as Tesla are concerned.

    The moment they go into market specific variants they lose the engineering/manufacturing efficiency their stock price thrives on. They are like early Ford with only a small number of models. Once they start to circle the blackhole of the seemingly endless variants offered by the likes of Mercedes, they are stuffed.

  • This works as long as they retain their market USPs. Will be interesting to see direction when (if) other manufacturers catch up.
