What does she say when it sounds like 'if some chow shows up'? Is 'chow' an insult for Chinese people? I found this, which makes it seem as if it could be:

Never heard it before either but don’t think it’s meant to be an insult itself. Is it that she’s using a name she thinks is common in the ethnic group she’s attacking, which is something that racists do?
