I get the idea Trump generally couldn't be bothered with Pardoning/commuting people who actually deserved it, and generally only does so when there is something in it for him.
Yup, not suprised that Trump isn't interested in making a gesture towards the need for sentencing reform! Epsecially not of people who aren't rich and white.
