A Cannondale Track frame that had been bought apparently from instagram last week for £1250 and was now being sold on here for £2300

Any rules on flipping? I mean, I do sometimes get bikes that folks are giving away for next to nothing practically to empty their garages and if not totally my thing I pass them on....for a fair price though. Thoughts?
