  • 74.1kg this morning, over 10kg down now. Still some small pockets of flubber hanging on in there frustratingly, but in general quite lean now.

    This week I've been told to add 500 calories of carbs into breakfast on training days, which turns out to be two slices of toast + marmalade (tasty, tasty marmalade) and an apple alongside my normal omelette/500 calories of protein, fat and fibrous veg.
