Use template to transfer outline and hole positions onto sheet stainless steel, buy a pillar drill, buy a laser cutter, buy a lathe to turn ergonomic handles for the stainless template, buy welding kit to attach handles.
After all, this is LFGSS and that would be the normal solution, followed by selling the tools on ebay at less than half price.
Alternatively, you could get a local machine shop to run one up from stainless or alloy.

I've been doing quite a few kitchens lately, mostly IKEA stuff. Can anyone recommend me a decent template for drilling holes for handles? The IKEA plastic one has been ok, but might as well get something a bit nicer...
