Dooooooo iiiit!!!
I spent an hour this morning route planning.... I'll give it a go next weekend I reckon, depending on the air quality (AQI 162 this morning, bleurgh). -

Any recommendations for a running watch with built in Bluetooth and music storage/playback. Won't be getting a huge amount of use so cheaper the better. Bonus points for something that automatically syncs to runkeeper or strava or whatever.

garmin 245 music but not cheap (it links with spotify playlists i think rather than just storing your own music)
-
• #23958
245 @ £229 is probably the cheapest good watch
A week off from BF so I'd wait for that probably
-

Cheers. I'm not sure if that's cheap enough for me to justify over what I already have. Although I did think Black Friday was today so I'll keep an eye out next week.

• #23960
Out of interest what do you want it for?
-

There's also Cyber Monday which is the Monday after Thanksgiving (so 30th November this year). A lot of UK places (including running stuff) tends to do Cyber Monday deals more than Black Friday.

Just occasional jogs without my phone. Needs to be cheap enough to justify upgrading from the old Suunto watch and mini bluetooth MP3 player I currently have.

Hey runners. Any idea if there's anywhere I can recycle my Adidas Boosts which have reached the end of their lifespan? Thanks.

Good news! I signed up to Day Release and they confirmed that I don't have to start from my house, which is great as it means I don't have to run along a highway for 50km.
Bad news! Now I suppose I have to do the bloody thing. -

Anyone got a GFA entry confirmed for London next year? I'm in. Yay!
There's still a theoretical chance I could upgrade to a Championship place but that would involve running sub-72:30 in a half marathon which may or may not be happening on 20th December, around a very twisty course at the Olympic Park, which I've not really trained for properly cos I don't know whether it's happening or not, so yeah, not really.

Cold ball sacks!
I go commando under my running leggings. This does not work well on icy early morning runs. Ouch.
Any recommandations for cheapish underwear suitable for wearing under leggings?
(I waited until after breakfast time before posting this)

As always, the answer is decathlon: running undies
-
• #23973
something with minimal seams but probably that has some thermal properties?
Rapha merino boxers is surely the correct forum answer ? -
• #23974
Although as with most equipment Qs on here Decathlon consistently seems to have a very compelling product at half the price (or 10%...) as @cookiemonster says
-

Rapha merino boxers
+1 best undies ever.
New Balance do some "performance boxers" I got some for cheapz in tkmaxxxxxx and they're ok enough. @Stonehedge
Good luck, and enjoy!
