Was it ineffective? Can it be done on bladed spokes? Why isn’t it done anymore?
Damon RinardJobst tested it in the lab and found no worthwhile difference, that's one of the many reasons why nobody bothers any more.It can be done on bladed spokes but why would you? 🙂
