Some camping specific GM model van. That mod is not going to be factory but most likely aftermarket / custom.

Dodge ram van, mid 90's.
EDIT: The long wheel bases were 5m or so. There were some odd US military service vehicles that ended up here that were used round military bases that were even longer I think. They had odd side doors that opened uk passenger side even tho the van were LHD. They drive on the left on the US bases or at least they used to.
