Not counting as spam.
It's not bulk (cannot find it on other forums), it is personalised (seems to be London based and actually aiming at cyclists)... the only part of the definition of spam is the unsolicited bit... but then, most opinions on here are 🤣 So at the moment, based on that one message, it's not exactly a great start but I'll hold on the ban hammer for a little to see what happens next.
