I haven't used my left hand shifter since I went to Di2. coming from a mtb background it suites me, and I enjoy the fact i can just ride and not think about gears (much) - a bit like an auto car.
Also if you have a Garmin hooked up too it'll beep before you make a Big > Small ring change so you know just to ease a second.
