That would be my poorly aligned alarm setting.

The triangle is for hour and lines for minutes. Though it's only accurate to about 15 minutes. So in reality no more accurate than any other alarm watch.

that's pretty cool.
Off-centred bezels are a forum staple, that can extend to the alarm marker too!

I am now adding the Memomatic to my list of watch wants, so thanks for that!
