I think this hits the nail on the head. I'm worried about buying into an already obsolete standard, but that really isn't likely to be an issue. Aesthetically it's a toss up too, I prefer the big radius bend of the Zona tube but I also think the burly tubes are cooler. Then again, with a nimble frame that weighs 60kg on a bad day the skinnier tubes might be a better fit.
I’d rather get one more day of riding the bike than worry about a detail like this. Whatever brings the bike to you the fastest would be my choice.
I have time to mull this over because Phil still has some other projects he's working on. Which is exactly why I keep bouncing between the two options.

If the dilemma is that you like the look of skinnier tubes. But only know of one fropper that you’d likethat fits. Go with them? If you like the look of thicker tubing, which also has loads of droppers that go into it. Go with them?
If they, apart from dropper fit, performance wise are no different from each other. The. Its a question of aesthetics, no?
