I've watched the whole video, but I don't think it is related to my problem.
See how without the chain on the lower jockey wheel in my first picture, my tensioner arm is in the 4 o'clock position, whereas it should be in the 11 o'clock position like the second picture. There is no tension on the tensioner arm when I put the chain on the lower jockey wheel.
Why is my T5 chain tensioner like this:

Admittedly I've taken it apart, so I must've assembled it wrong. Before the tension was already low, but now it's basically unusable. I can't figure out what I did wrong, since the spring can only be mounted in one way. Is it worn out maybe? I fitted it in the correct slots in both parts.
