Yes but he’s up in several states without the postal votes being counted so he’s essentially saying “I won” counting the rest of the votes is cheating.

My understanding is each state has different rule/timings so it’s a complex mess. Some states allow postage of ballot on Election Day!
The states left to declare are considered relatively ‘safe’ for Republicans and if Biden were to make big gains we would have seen them already (in Ohio for example).

Excuse my ignorance but Trump calling it doesn’t mean he’s won. They still have to count the postal votes, right?
