Seller on eBay for the adjustable dumbbells, Amazon for the bench, pull up bar (which may not fit my doors), bench and resistance bands.

I see they have KBs. I'd suggest as part of your kit, get a KB. Only need one. I suggest one that's twice the weight of a single DB you can curl most of.
