Finally got through to my seller, claimed a bad case of gastro meant they hadn't sorted their solicitor (for 4 weeks!). A week ago they claimed to have instructed & paid their solicitor yet said solicitor still hasn't confirmed or sent the sale memo to ours. Annoying.
