On todays house buying drama, exchanged earlier this week, hurrah.
Only to have an email yesterday telling me there has been an outbreak of Covid-19 in the solicitors office and they've had to shut down.
One would assume that because we've exchanged and completion is set for next week that things shouldn't be held up, but if I've learned anything from dealing with solicitors its don't assume anything.
Honestly you couldn't make this shit up.
