I wanted to buy a set of flat mount RX4s anyway so I could buy one flat, one post and just replace the post mount one when I move the groupset to a new frame.

This is exactly what I did. I think they come with the fitting hardware, but there's proprietary Hope tools you'll need to fit them so I just threw them at my LBS.

My only LBS is still closed. They may be open by appointment though.
I'd like to fit them myself if possible. I'll look into it
