As are the brakes, seat clamp and suspension block.It also looks more like a H type to me.

I don’t think Brompton offered raw lacquer in 2003

It’s a post 2017 (maybe custom as combination is not common) Trigger shifter and new style bars. Also 3 speed not a 6. To add more, this is the lightweight titanium too. Forks and rear triangle are a dead giveaway. Dynamo doesn’t commonly come as standard.
More details needed on this. I’d ask for serial and frame numbers and check in with Brompton and bike register.
