Ground floor only.
Double height was a possibility but we would lose our awesome size bathroom (as you cut it for the hallway) and the extra bedroom would be tiny. Wasn't worth the extra outlay (even if we got PP.
Obvs the side return is pitching up but also the ceiling will be lifted up after the first steel almost to the window height above.Bi-folds at the end will be 2.2m x 4.4m
