Where is the extension of charge zone happening being mentioned? As the zone hours were increased.
Seems to be in a negotiation between TfL/London Mayor and the government (DfT?). TfL are broke because they have little fares income so need cash or to stop running the tube. Reporting is via Tom Edwards who is quoting Heidi Alexander.
