The EU taking legal action against the UK at the ECJ over legislation intended to remove the ECJ as a source of authority over the UK seems to be a level of irony rarely seen in europol

As good as news gets in this endless nightmare.
It seems to me that the UK owes Merkel a debt of gratitude. Unfortunately everyone's (second) favorite centrist, Macron, may be the biggest obstacle to a deal.

The biggest obstacle to a deal is this shower of a government.

More time for giving concessions to the EU! ;)
State aid? Japan trade deal includes that, so UK already signed up to rules.
Fishing? 4 years transition and Norway UK deal on that is pretty good for Norway. -

Very few are paying attention to detail they can spin every concession as a win to their BrexitBelievers.
Until the lorry queues start, any deal with no customs union has that issue. Too late then...

You're absolutely right, of course.

I suspect the problem is that HMG need the tunnel in order to make concessions that would drive the ERG insane if done where they might reasonably hear of them, but VDL won't allow the tunnel until HMG have pulled the contentious parts of the IMB.

you've got to learn to live with what you can't rise above

For Essex and Brum, name checked in those articles, at least they're getting exactly what they voted for.

That's the problem with voting for a blank cheque to be signed by crooks...

Good news everyone, completely removing the welfare system will resolve the employment issues that UK companies are going to face.

Conveniently forgetting that he was an immigrant in Australia :):):)
But it is fine as HE didn't stay. Lol the special pleading is strong.

A summer picking fruit for beer money whilst traveling to one of the colonies doesn't really compare to staring down the barrel of years of unsecured, underpaid seasonal work in a place you're probably not planning on sleeping in hostels or leaving entirely come winter.

Plus most of that welfare state is that cunt's pension.

Yes, they've not really thought this through, but they are both very wealthy and they can both vote, sadly.
-
• #27373
both
FYI you've posted the same screenshot twice.
More lorry parks....
I guess one advantage is that all the customs clearing centers will provide more local jobs for local people in Kent and Essex, etc. You'd have thought the locals would be pleased about that.

Ah, will change screen shots.

Pistonheads by any chance? The natural home of the entitled Gammon?
The Cons have enabled the ERG and UKIP, so by now I have to say I don't care they didn't start it, we are all caught up in their drama.
