Looks like we're joining the club with the need for a roofer. Girlfriend has a top floor flat with a roof terrace which is built on the flat rood of the flat below.
After the weekends heavy rain they had some water and damp issues.
Any one with recommendations around S London (here's looking at you @Señor_Bear), SW2 more specifically would be really appreciated. Her flat is under offer at the moment so need a quote ASAP. We might need to fix ourselves as rather not spook the purchasers off
