Did they changed it? Used to be if you got all 3 symptom, but now it’s only 1 of 3 symptom and self isolate?
It's always been one symptom and you isolate. I thought it was 2 at one point but someone corrected me in this threads sometime back.

Yeah, the recent sentence I read is “this, this or this” whether before it’s simply “this, this, this”
I read the older information in the Lewisham walk-in and it never said “or”, unlike the website to book test, and the NHS apps.

I got 8 days left of self isolating after putting down a cough in the app (went to get tested too on Friday, surprisingly easy but maybe cause I’m an essential workers).
