Which engine?
I had an S90, loved it... but it is a big car. I loved it... especially for long motorway journeys.
But around London with occasional motorways I thought my Mini Cooper to be the far better car... easier to park, manoeuvre, and in many ways fitted city and few motorways far better than the S90. Your other half may be correct you know.

You can get a 2018 Volvo S90 for ~£20k - Why shouldn’t I?
I wanted a V60 but o/h doesn’t want an estate, unless its a Mini Clubman, but wants a Mini ideally, but I might win over on an S90, seeing as S60 is outrageously expensive here.
