I'm in Sands End East - Hammersmith & Fulham. They introduced a scheme featuring 5 cameras. Only Hammersmith and Fulham residents can drive past the cameras. If you are from out of borough and don't have a visitors permit from a borough resident you get a fine.
There should be a lot of information out there about it but it's a pretty toxic debate in this neighbourhood right now!
