what are the forum-approved lights at the moment? preferably usb-c rechargeable ?

Not sure, my favourite are moon lights plenty bright ,good battery and good build quality

To see or be seen? Ravemen are getting pretty good reviews in the ‘see’ category, which I suppose also covers ‘be seen’ as well.
