I've found a PinkBike test which put's a 2.35 Magic Mary at 61.5mm casing width and 59mm tread width. Clearance around the casing really isn't going to be the problem looking at the section below, with some proper dimples I think I will take the plunge.
30mm internal rim and clearance for at least 2.5 tyres. Anything less than that is for gravel riding.
