I've found a PinkBike test which put's a 2.35 Magic Mary at 61.5mm casing width and 59mm tread width. Clearance around the casing really isn't going to be the problem looking at the section below, with some proper dimples I think I will take the plunge.

30mm internal rim and clearance for at least 2.5 tyres. Anything less than that is for gravel riding.

My 2.35 mezcal on i25 comes at 59mm. 2.35 Nobby Nic on I30 is a bit wider at 61 for casing , but thread is just 58mm.
