have been having a lot of fun with a riot shield/swords build in trios/quads play in Warzone. Restock for stun grenades.
You'd be surprised how many people fixate on the guy walking towards them behind a shield while the rest of your team shoots for free. Little more satisfying than the howls of anguish when you wipe a whole team sat round a corner. Blessed to have a relatively consistent group to play with though as, is hell when you get stuck doing the above - sitting on top of a building with a melee weapon isn't the most compelling.
