Exactly, that's what one would expect. I really can't get my head around it. Any narrowing of the available road in the last 1K is unacceptable, especially on a flat run-in with speeds around or over 70kph. Mind blowing.
Also probably why Cavendish won’t win again, he’s not going to do the moves that Ewan and Akermann Have pulled.
Haven’t seen a pure drag race sprint for a while either. Every sprint is messy and potentially dangerous.
