Oh shit. Noiiiice. Did you use one of the kits from eBay? If it's any consolation, I did something similar far far less elegantly about a year ago. Still works as it should. I was worried I'd made it far stiffer than the NDS, but it's holding up fine.
I'd do it again to any frame in a heart beat, unless it was a a particularly difficult cluster like a drop out or forks. I ain't touching that shit.
