Well they answered me again now. Still I have no big hurt feelings since I can adapt most of this.
Also I can understand how annoying it might be if customers write you because something doesn’t work. Bike shops are there to do that and help. But I think these problems are just special.
I adapted the hanger now with some manual Labour, since the milling machine is broken.
Will try it out when I’m back home.
