Ha. Not much aching although I've picked up a cold from my daughter so I cancelled this morning's swim. Might go for a gentle 5k run if I can be arsed.
Took my shoes off in the wrong place (not the kitchen where I can easily sweep up) and deposited 200 of those little black nuggets on the carpet in the hall. I was there at 1am (half pissed) using bits of sellotape to pick them all up to avoid being shouted at this morning - think I got away with it.
