Edge 25? (£50ish second hand) It's tiny, simple, but does the job for me i.e. basic navigating around town. It's a breadcrumb trail, with left /right indicators that beep and flash on screen about 100m before and on the turn itself. If you miss the turn it doesn't reroute, but it shows you where you are in relation to the breadcrumb trail so you can work your way back to the route using common sense. I've been using the phone app to set the route and synching it there and then instead of using the computer beforehand, and it's been pretty good so far in terms of finding cycle friendly routes. You can't put a postcode in, but you can pin point your destination which is fine. It does what I need it to do without having a bulky phone on the handlebars.

Awesome. Thanks. That's exactly the sort of thing I was after.
Ride With GPS were really good when I emailed them and refunded my subscription (as the RFLKT doesn't work with it anymore). But they also suggested trying the old firmware first to see if that fixed it and sent a step-by-step guide.
Funny how customer service works. I'm now much more inclined to sign up once I'm cycling with them again, and on the other side Wahoo have been added to my list of brands I will never buy from again.
Cheers. I was thinking of something more like £50. Hence asking about what 2nd hand / old models would fit.
At that price I'd probably investigate a mount for an old moto G and just use that in a paired back set up.
In fact, bar the battery life that sounds like it might be a much better idea anyway.
