Tried the Wee Beastie yet? Got a bottle from Amazon as couldn’t find it at any of the online whisky shops. Can see it being a regular in the cabinet. More of a peat bomb than the 10, haven’t tried it next to Uigeadail yet but it’s great for the price point.

Not had chance, just wanted to grab a bottle before they sold out again. That young should be a real banger. I've got a small bottle of new make spirit that I got given at the Laphroaig distillery on my stag do, it's unbelievably intense (and not just because it's about 75%) I wished they'd do a 3 year old (which I reckon ardbeg will looking at how well the 5 is doing.)

It's around £55 these days, but it's not hard to find it for under 50 in the supermarket. £42 is a very good price, especially at the duty free as the days of actual savings at the airport are long gone.
Got a bottle of Ardbeg Wee Beastie on pre order (couldn't get a bottle when it first came out), I can't wait to try it, I love young islay's and I really hope we start seeing more distilleries doing young name statements instead of NAS.
