I wonder why? It isn’t like he’ll get any more opportunities there?
exactly that, probably paying him better so he gives up on his own ambitions
The PR piece in the Ineos website suggests he’s joined to further his GT ambitions. With Froome gone and Thomas approaching the end of his career he might get chances, especially as the team like to go to a GT with two leaders.
