Can anyone recommend someone who could replicate it (and maybe anodise it)?
Your local control panel builder (for electrical/mechanical building services) will have the skills and tools to punch out the rectangles. Chances are they have an arrangement with an anodiser so you don't have to find one for yourself.

This rattlecanned mess is a faceplate to a Luxman LX33 integrated valve amp, made of ~4mm aluminium.
It should be unpainted metal.
Can anyone recommend someone who could replicate it (and maybe anodise it)?
